Bolden Signature Co. was founded by Marcollis Bolden, an African American combat veteran of Operation Desert Storm, proudly awarded the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service. With over 25 years of leadership experience across both military and corporate sectors, Marcollis brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to mobile legal services in Delaware.

He studied Business and Organizational Dynamics at Wilmington University, enriching his professional journey with academic insight and a commitment to lifelong learning. Marcollis has seen firsthand how families can be torn apart when a loved one passes without clearly designated wishes—and that experience fuels his mission to help others preserve what truly matters: their legacies, assets, and peace of mind.

At Bolden Signature Co., we believe that every signature tells a story—and every story deserves to be protected with honesty, dignity, and care.
